The cottage was beautiful and in a perfect location, the beaches were clean and there was lots to do, wish we were there for longer.

A delightful small cottage, quietly located near beaches and cliff top walks. An excellent base for touring the numerous varied attractions within this unspoilt part of the country.

For a nice quiet, relaxing time away from it all, Happisbrugh was ideal retreat.

Superbly comfortable and surprisingly spacious accommodation, tasteful decoration, with excellent attention to detail throughout. Owners made welcome, made sure everything needed was available and then didn't trouble me again - just what was required. Magnificent cream tea on arrival, with fresh flowers on the table - a lovely touch of luxury.

This was a great cottage with everything we needed - as we visited in December the wood burning stove made for a lovely cosy feeling even though the weather was very good. It was a good location for visiting that part of the Norfolk coast and was only a very short distance from the beach for people like us who love those sort of walks. Hope to visit again to see more of the area.

This is a beautiful cottage, perfect if you want to get away from it all in style - within easy walking distance to beach, pub and shop.

This is lovely, charming cottage in the heart of Happisburgh village, we found the owner to be most helpful and the locals very welcoming. The cottage is finished to a very high standard and the cream tea provided upon arrival was a most welcome surprise. Although the beach is within 5 minutes walking distance, there is a much nicer beach 5 minutes drive away at Cart Gap - and with Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and Great Yarmouth within easy reach, you are guaranteed a varied trip not dependent on good weather. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic holiday at The Gig House in Happisburgh. There was a welcoming cream tea on our arrival, and Liz (the owner) made us more than welcome. Liz was also there to greet us and showed us around the property. We will recommend this holiday to our friends and family and will certainly be booking another holiday at The Gig House in the near future - A ***** holiday, and not to forget a big thank you to Hoseasons!
